What started out as an asana practice for Savannah is quickly turning into a means of her teaching individuals how to support themselves through chronic ailments such as pain, anxiety, and digestion. For the past year, she has been studying to become a Yoga Therapist and will continue to do so for the next two. The work that happens on a therapeutic level is so subtle – meaning no one is expected to bust out or even train for fancy poses!
Through extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and Ayurveda, a personal practice is constructed. Savannah’s passion lies in the field of healing for the sake of natural expression. Whether you want to express yourself through writing, music, yoga asana, or some other medium, Savannah wants to help you move past the obstacles halting you. Isn’t it beautiful that we don’t need extreme strength or flexibility to touch upon the inner works of our self?
