My love for movement began at a very early age in the form of ballet. Dance became a place
of solace for me, where I could give myself permission to feel beautiful and empowered. My adolescence and early adulthood found me in a dark place of confusion and anxiety where bad decisions became the norm. As my string of bad choices progressed, my stress levels rose significantly to the point where I was getting regular heart palpitations. In 2012, my body finally protested and I experienced a massive breakdown in my endocrine system. Today, I my heart bursts with gratitude for this giant wake-up call.

After months and months of testing, doctors weren’t doing much to help me heal and I felt like I had nowhere else to turn for answers. So I turned to yoga. I turned inward to ask questions and started experimenting with alternative healing methods. This incredible practice awakened a fire within me to heal my body and learn what it really means to feel whole. The next year, in 2013, my practice led me into the open arms of teacher training.

Every time I step on my mat, I feel alive in my essence, and open to my truth. Through my teaching, I aim to help others step into their confidence by awakening their inspiration for growth and passion for life! I am so blessed to now share this gift full-time in Denver, CO, where I specialize in Vinyasa, Yin and Children’s Yoga. My mission is to inspire and empower beings of all ages to transform their lives by healing their body, mind and soul so they may unleash their creative potential and thrive as their most authentic self.
