Learning, teaching, moving, and creating are are what bring Edwardo life. His curiosity and imagination ran wild as a kid disassembling his toys to see how they worked. Learning how things worked was the theme that hooked his attention through all of the sciences his schools offered. Once organized sports were introduced, he found out firsthand how the hard work and practice would improve his physical skills.
Edwardo began studies in medical sciences in college to become a doctor, but took an opportunity to play football in Europe. With the theories he studied to improve performance and understand how the body works, Edwardo began to master his own body and learned to fine-tune himself for performance, building a body forged for football.
Yoga and its self mastery principles uncovered his imbalances and poor mobility from the heavy weightlifting and high intensity workouts. He wanted to build his body for an adventurous life instead of just for football. His journey for developing a true life balance was given insight and even more direction through his breath and his mind and body connection with Yoga. With a focus on helping people understand their bodies and developing a plan to improve their own connection, output, and sustainable longevity, he is truly thankful for each interaction and opportunity to improve a component of someone’s life.
